All-Ukrainian «NATO radio marathon» has started in the third time. Everyone may become a participant of the action.
«The Marathon will last during 11 weeks this year. Together with representatives of NATO countries we are going to put a number of questions concerning both Alliance activity and livelihoods by its members. Call-in lasts an hour. According to our plan Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia would be a special guest next Friday», - said Head of Human Rights Foundation (Ukraine) Eugene Fomin.
According to Deputy Director of the NATO Information and Documentation Center Victoria Tsiemenite, the main task of the marathon is not just to inform Ukrainians about prior activities by Alliance but also to demonstrate an essence of countries-members of NATO.
«Nowadays there are plenty of different stereotypes about NATO in Ukraine. Our task is to expose humane look of countries that got membership in Alliance», - she pointed.
Summarizing of the marathon will took place in July, 2nd, during online radio broadcast. Winner would get super prize – travel to NATO Headquarters which is located in Brussels.
